1. General
These Terms govern purchases at global.lazareva.info (the "Store"). By placing an order, the buyer accepts these Terms. The Store may update these Terms; the version published at the time of ordering applies.
2. Ordering and payment
The minimum order value is $20 USD. After an order is placed, the Store confirms availability and issues a PayPal invoice. An order is considered accepted once the invoice is paid in full. If any item becomes unavailable, the Store will notify the buyer by email; the buyer may replace the item, or receive a refund of its price.
3. Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide from Ukraine by registered international mail with a tracking number, within 5–7 business days after payment. Delivery times depend on the destination country's postal and customs services and are outside the Store's control.
4. Customs and import compliance
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that seeds may be imported into the destination country and for any applicable local requirements. Orders confiscated by customs of the destination country due to local import restrictions are not eligible for refund.
5. Final sale — no returns
Seeds are a perishable biological product; for reasons of quality control and phytosanitary safety, all sales are final and seeds cannot be returned. This does not affect the guarantees in section 6.
6. Guarantees and refunds
- If a parcel is lost in transit (tracking shows no delivery within 90 days of dispatch), the Store will reship the order or refund the payment in full — buyer's choice.
- If an order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact info@lazareva.info within 14 days of delivery with photos; the Store will reship the affected items or refund their price.
- All payments are additionally covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
7. Product information
Photos show typical fruits of each variety; actual results depend on growing conditions. Germination is tested for each seed lot before sale.
