Because seeds are a biological product, we do not accept returns — all sales are final.
Instead, we guarantee the outcome:
- Parcel lost in transit (no delivery within 90 days, confirmed by tracking) → full reshipment or full refund, your choice.
- Damaged or incomplete order → email info@lazareva.info within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we reship or refund the affected items.
- Every PayPal payment is also protected by PayPal Buyer Protection.
